Jennifer Wowk is a dedicated real estate professional who is passionate about helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. She approaches every interaction with a focus on building lasting relationships and guiding clients through the buying or selling process with comfort and ease. Jennifer believes that strong communication, trust, and genuine care are the foundation of a successful real estate experience.

Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Jennifer moved to Bozeman, Montana at a young age and later relocated to Gainesville, Florida in 1992 before settling in Pensacola in 1995. She also spent time living in Franktown, Colorado from 2018 to 2020. Her diverse background and experiences across different communities have shaped her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Before entering real estate, Jennifer built a career centered around serving others. She spent more than 20 years in the restaurant industry and over a decade in public health, where she served as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Breastfeeding Coordinator for Santa Rosa County WIC. She also worked as a flight attendant for Frontier Airlines in Colorado. These roles strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and provide thoughtful, attentive service in a variety of environments.

Jennifer is known for being hardworking, honest, trustworthy, and kind. She is committed to supporting her clients every step of the way and takes pride in being a reliable resource throughout the process. Backed by a strong team, she ensures her clients feel confident and supported from start to finish.

She is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors and actively supports the Alano Club of Pensacola, Transformation Church, and the local recovery community. Outside of real estate, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, swimming, and kayaking, as well as cooking, gardening, and making memories with her family.
